The Interlachen HOA serves to preserve the interests of the local community.  Membership is for residents living on NE Interlachen Lane between Fairview Lake Way and NE Blue Lake Road, sections of NE Lachenview and residents living on NE Blue Lake Road with property on Blue Lake.  Optional Associate Membership is for adjacent residences in the neighborhood and for others wishing to participate in the social events.

HOA Membership funds maintenance and improvements to Welsh Park and the easement dock on Blue Lake, and covers all insurance and property taxes for the two properties.   The single lane portion of NE Interlachen is maintained by the Interlachen HOA, as it is a privately maintained, public access road.  Street lighting for the single lane portion of Interlachen is also paid for by the HOA, along with numerous social events such as the Annual Rock-n-Roll Party and Pancake Breakfast.

For residents with property adjoining Blue Lake, additional HOA fees are assessed to pay for supplemental lake water from the City of Portland, weed management and maintenance on the mechanical water circulators. Boat owners must pay for annual boat registration as part of compliance with Portland Metro (which maintains Blue Lake Park)

The HOA serves a vital function in representing our local community with the City of Fairview, Multnomah County, and Portland Metro.    We also interface with the Interlachen Water PUD, and Fairview Lake Property Owners Association, among others. Annual fees are shown below:

Interlachen HOA Membership$250
– Blue Lake Resident Only Water Management$500
– Blue Lake Resident Only Power Boat Registration$25
Associate Membership, available for non-residents$50

Associate Membership provides nearby residents outside the Interlachen HOA boundaries with access to Welsh Park and Blue Lake Dock along with participation in the social events.
