Metro’s 25 year master plan for Blue Lake Park.
- Metro’s Public on-line survey is open for public input next Monday-Thursday. 11/16 – 20.
- The three plan schematics are also attached so you can clearly see how they want to transform the park into a better public experience.
- Kori Torheim is delivering the “metro master plan process document” to all Interlachen homeowners today, Sunday 11/15.
There are some pretty cool ideas they have proposed for the park. FYI metro has the money to create this plan but has NO funding to implement it.
Please join us for a special meeting called by the Interlachen Board. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 28 at 7pm at the Blue Lake House. As discussed at the annual meeting, this special meeting was put on the agenda in order for the Blue Lake homeowners to discuss items specific to only the Blue Lake Residents – updates and possible changes to our boat rules and the Blue Lake Homeowners Fee.
Interlachen Inc has previously come out in opposition to the building of the Troutdale Energy Center in our backyard. The link to the following Willamette Week article will be of interest to members of Interlachen Inc.
The association’s Confidential Contact List has been updated. It was distributed to members attending the annual meeting on Monday, April 13th, and is available by request to those who did not attend.
The list includes both members and other neighbors in our area. If you see any errors, corrections, omissions, etc., please let me know and I will update our contact info.
