Kevin Morrow: Water fill is being completed. Matt Williams has been instrumental in getting this done, along with Kevin and Jerry. Portland water bureau is filling to “fill point”, which is 27” of water. Amount to be paid from the Interlachen HOA Blue Lake fund is about $5900. Multnomah County did not contribute any funds for this fill. More work continues for this effort, as another fill is expected to be needed in late July. Matt and Kevin are pursuing more meetings with Portland Water Bureau management, to ensure the standing agreement remains active. Tom Burns recommended that Shirley Craddick, our Metro Council District 1 representative, attend our next board meeting. All agreed, and Jerry Mylet will contact Shirley to attend meeting, Tuesday June 11th at Tom’s house 21029 NE Interlachen Lane.
LID – Local Improvement District
Jerry Mylet will reach out to the Werner’s to see if they want to pursue setting up an LID so that non-payers to Interlachen HOA funding can pay a lower amount.
