President, Jerry Mylet Report:
The upcoming Annual Meeting is scheduled for April 16, 2018. Social Hour begins at 6pm, Meeting starts at 7pm. Open discussion regarding agenda, presentation(s), Board Member reports, potential nominations committee nominees and guest speakers.
Vice President, Laura Cohen
Laura will be stepping down as Vice President for coming year. We thanked Laura for her great work over the past year on the By-Law updates and other support.
Treasurer, Roger Keast
Old Business: Roger presented the February 2018 Bank reconciliation and current budget. There are currently 37paid members or 28% of members paid to date, and 7 associated members. Boat fees paid to date are 7, anticipating 21 for the year. Ending balance for February 2018 was $37,881.31 which breaks out as $30,256.39 for the General Budget and $7,576.92 for the Blue Lake Reserve (paid by Blue Lake HOA members). Budget approved.
New Business: Roger will prepare and submit a proposed FY 2018 budget at the April Annual HOA Meeting. The Social Committee has purchased new commercial grade sign boards to announce upcoming social events. Additional anticipated expenses for next year include park bank wall repairs, and some maintenance of the park shoreline.
FLPOA/PUD Commissioner, Debbie Weaver not in attendance
No FLPOA update at this time.
Blue Lake Commissioner, Kevin Morrow
The new Blue Lake rules were distributed, and no dissention was noted. The rules have been posted on the website. Kevin also noted the water is coming up nicely. Jerry proposed scheduling a water fill for Blue Lake in July and Kevin agreed with this recommendation.
Road and Parks Commissioner, Tom Burns was not in attendance

The social event schedule will be developed and reported at the annual meeting.
