Important Residents Meeting

With Trammell Crow Company
To discuss a proposed warehouse/distribution center
Monday, October 17th, at 6:00 pm
St. Aidan’s Episcopal Church Murdock Hall, 17405 NE Glisan St., Portland 97230

The Trammell Crow Company is proposing to build a distribution warehouse complex on the farmland across the street from Fairview Lake Way and Interlachen Lane properties. They propose to construct a 370,000 sq ft. distribution warehouse with 257 auto and now 114 (up from 57 previously) truck-trailer parking places.

Listed below are major issues:
Noise, traffic, bright Lights, drainage, and possible use of facility 24-7
Increased traffic at 185th and Marine Drive and our neighborhoods; raised to 100-120 truck parking
Height and size of the distribution center: possible 50 ft. overall height
Loss of wetlands for migratory birds and question of native American burial grounds
Close proximity to our homes, affecting property values throughout the area
Proposed emergency road connecting to Interlachen Lane

There is strength in numbers. We need as many people as possible to attend the meeting.
