    3. SECRETARY, Michelle Monson:
      No report.
    4. TREASURER, Roger Keast:
Roger presented the current budget having 90 paid members and 9 associate members (with 3 honorary members). Checks numbered 1003 through 1007 were approved. The current total budget is $31, 074.20.
    5. FLPOA/IWPUD LIAISON COMMISSIONER, Debbie Weaver:
FLPOA is hosting a Poker Run on Fairview Lake August 22, 2015 at 6 pm.
PUD distributed a consumer confidence water report, and our water passed state requirements. Every three years, testing for copper and lead levels in our water is required. This summer the test will be completed and the results distributed to residents.
Pat Davies will retire from PUD after many years of service.
    6. BLUE LAKE COMMISSIONER, Steve Nelson:
Steve reported that there are currently 23 boats on the lake with stickers.
On August 3rd, Blue Lake began to be filled and added 20-1/4 inches at a water temperature of 75 degrees. As of today, August 17th, the water level has decreased to 15-1/2 inches due to an aquafer feeding the Columbia River and evaporation. As a group, we will have to face the challenges of the needs and wishes of residents with the realities of drought conditions and budgetary considerations. Right now, we are facing less rainfall and little snow pack, with the Columbia River being lower than normal. It is difficult to anticipate what next winter will bring. The current fill reached 35 million gallons, and we are awaiting the bill with the total of our portion.
    7. ROADS AND PARKS COMMISSIONER, Tom Burns:
Tom replaced one LED light at the park and needs to replace another one.
Thanks for hosting the meeting, Tom.
  4. REPORTS FROM COMMITTEES:
    1. SOCIAL COMMITTEE, Debbie Weaver:
Debbie reported that there are no more social events this summer except a possible campfire event. Thanks to the social committee for putting on great events for the neighborhood.
    2. BLUE LAKE COMMITTEE REPORT, Don Jacobson:
Don was unable to attend the meeting.
  5. OLD BUSINESS:
    1. Welsh Park/Ownership and property tax payments:
Gary reported that he attended a meeting with PUD members to discuss the title transfer of Welsh Park to Interlachen, Inc. Pat Davies will investigate how best to handle the transfer which would provide PUD with an easement to the pump house only.
    2. We are awaiting a report from Don Jacobson who was in charge of developing new Blue Lake boating rules.
  6. NEW BUSINESS:
Bob noted that the proposed Troudale Energy Center is already proceeding with replacing local power poles for activation for the natural gas plant.

The next Board Meeting will be held on:

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2015, AT 6:30 PM

at the home of Bob Torheim
