  1. Reservations for the Welsh Community Park shall be made by an Interlachen Homeowners Association Member. There is no fee to reserve the park.
  2. Reservations will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis not in conflict with scheduled association activities. The reservation contact is the Chair of the Social Committee.
  3. Association tables and chairs are available to members. The reservation contact is the Social Committee Chair.
  4. Members are expected to leave the park in the same condition as it was found. There is no garbage service at the park, so all trash needs to be removed from the premises. Any extra clean-up fees incurred will be assessed to the member.
  5. Any private and/or reserved event where alcohol is being served or provided to non-members will require a certificate of insurance with a $1,000,000 liquor liability.
  6. At no time shall the park be utilized for commercial activities other than the sale of artwork at the “Art in the Park” activity sponsored by Interlachen, Inc.
  7. The Board of Directors shall approve any requests they may deem appropriate for use by organizations outside of Interlachen membership
