Meeting Called to Order: 7:05 P.M.

Moved and seconded to approve June, 2013 minutes.

Officer Reports:

PRESIDENT – Allen Johnson
No Report.

VICE PRESIDENT – Gary McCoy
No Report.

SECRETARY – Lance West
No Report.

TREASURER – Roger Keast
Roger presented the current reconciliation. Funds available:
General Purpose Fund: $15,841.36
Blue Lake Reserve: $ 7,010.11
Road Reserve: $ 5,200.00
Total Cash: $28,051.47

Approved checks # 1230 – 1240.

Roger will be emailing boat rules to all registered boat owners.

FIPOA/IWPUD – Bob Torheim
No Report.

BLUE LAKE COMMISSIONER – Ted Smits
Ted stated that there have been a few complaints about situations involving the paddle boats; If complaints continue, he will talk to the owners of the Blue Lake Paddle Boat business about having an adult on staff at all time.

ROADS AND PARKS – Tom Burns
Tom had the storage shed pressure washed and the sand removed and replaced in the sand box in the park.

MEMBERSHIP COMMISSIONER – Bettianne Goetz
Bettianne reported that the application forms for membership will be re-designed. She is researching the approximate amount of funds necessary for landscaping at the corner of Interlachen Avenue and Blue Lake Road.

SOCIAL COMMITTEE – Erika Teyema
Erika will help investigate prices and availability for quick release devices for towed vehicles. Erika will be contacting Joe Hartman and requesting that he post boat rules on the website.

ANNOUNCEMENTS/COMMENTS
Erika would like to remind everyone of the potluck and Blues band party on Thursday, July 25th, 2013. The theme is ‘Ain’t Got the Blues.’ Everyone is asked to wear blue for the party.

New boating rules will be reviewed by the Board of Governors at the Annual Board Meeting. Review and voting for inclusion in the by-laws will occur in April, 2014.

Next Meeting: August 6, 2013 – Potluck Dinner at the Johnson’s Residence.
