Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Minutes read and approved with one exception. It was reported that payment to Abel Chavez was $500.00 for landscaping services. The correct amount was $750.00.
Interlachen website. Please go to www.interlacheninc.com and then new residents and enter in your information so you can be added to the list of members. Once you have been added to the list you can then read the minutes on line and much more information as well. If you are a member in good standing you will automatically be added to the online membership list. Members in good standing have paid their membership, boat, and water level fees. If you are denied please contact Debbi Bristow/Treasurer 492-9940. Minutes will now be dispensed via this website. For those who don’t have access to the internet you may contact Steve Gould/Secretary at 492-9942. Please help: submit your name to the member list on the website. We will be presenting the monthly minutes and other Interlachen, Inc. information via this website and no longer hand delivering information. There will be some exceptions such as the notification to the meeting in January between Metro and community members.
Interlachen, Inc. has a new debit card that will be used only for the purpose of paying the monthly website fee of $29.99. And the one time only fee of $220.00 for development and construction fee and $30.00 domain registration fee.Lance Patterson/FLPOA Liaison:
Reported on Fairview Lake Boat Launch Committee. Two meetings have already been held. Several locations are under discussion/research. Locations are existing PUD Boat Launch, 216th & NE Lachenview St, Maddy Welch Park, Fairview Lake Way East power line easment area next to 223rd, Blue Heron II and Butler Creek site. The next meeting will be at AL Goetz’s Tuesday, December 7th at 6:00P.M.Bob Hood Vice President:
Advised two dates for the meeting with Metro and Blue Lake neighborhood. January 19th at 7:00 P.M. at the Lake House is the time and place selected. Metro officials and Multnomah county health department officials are eager to have this meeting. Two notices will be given to community members before the January 19th. Anyone wishing to speak at the meeting will be asked to have a written statement prepared that will be given to Metro officials. Speakers will be limited to three minutes. Topics for discussion: Proper signs and placement; impact of public use of the lake; disease/timely communication, paddle boats/swimmers, trash pickup, lake boat rules enforcement, water levels. There will be no discussion about weeds in the lake. Your comments, critiques and solutions are welcome.
